Lucifer Season 6: Is There A Release Date?
So far, Netflix has not announced a premiere date of the final season as the production of the sixth season ended in March 2022. The cast started shooting the sixth season in October 2020, and social media posts from the cast confirmed the wrap.
Earlier the show was supposed to end with Season 5, but later showrunners Ildy Modrovich, and Joe Henderson, decided to continue the show for Season 6 stating it the best way to end the show.
In an interview, the showrunner Joe Henderson quoted,
“It’s the story we were always going to tell, but just written much larger and, to me, so much more interestingly, that it breaks my heart to think we weren’t [originally] going to do it this way,”
So far it can be said that the final season will release in late 2022, or early 2022.
