Lucifer is a Netflix-based supernatural drama series. The characters of angels, demons, God, and everything. The series got all the excitement. The series is an adaptation of Lucifer Morningstar from the DC comics.
The lord of hell, Lucifer Morningstar, withdrew himself from his throne. He decides to come and spend some time with humanity to understand it better. He comes to live in Los Angeles where he helps humanity in its needs with his powers. While Lucifer was enjoying his retirement, a pop star gets murdered outside of Lux. He feels something awaken inside him for the first time in his 10 billion years on Earth. The murder attracts the whole city’s attention. And also, LAPD’s homicide detective, Chole Decker. She’s dismissive of Lucifer. While working together on the case, Lucifer gets attracted to Chole. Her passion for work and goodness makes him fall for her. It also makes him question the goodness in the world. At the same time, the angel Amendiel, God’s emissary visits Lucifer to convince him to return back to hell. The series shows Lucifer’s constant spar within himself. A tussle between the goodness of the devil inside him and the true evil-self he possesses. Which side will win?!

Season 5 of Lucifer ended on a tragic note. Being Netflix’s most-watched drama series and despite its conclusion in the previous seasons. One more season waits to enthral the fans.
The series concluded its fifth and final season in June 2019. But, in February 2020, Netflix and WB discussed having one more instalment. In the end of season 5, Lucifer defeats Michael which entitles him as the new God. The finale of the season will focus on the game changer Lucifer and his role as a God. The season finale will have 10 episodes. The production wrapped its final season in March 2022. With season 5 airing in mid-2022, it’s difficult to say that the series will return with its finale by the end of 2022. But the audience can expect to have a thrill-filled adventure by early 2022.
