The wait for the final season of the hit Spanish series Money heist season 5 aka La Casa de Papel is finally over. On Thursday Netflix announced the release date of the famous series which is to be split into two volumes.
PLOT
The professor’s gang with their iconic Dali mask and red jumpsuits had entered the bank of Spain for a robbery and were trapped for a long time in it. Though they managed to rescue Lisbon, they lost one of their own members, Nairobi. Their fate turns grim when they have to face their most powerful enemy- the army and The professor being caught off guard doesn’t have an escape plan for the first time. It is not a mere robbery anymore but has transformed into a war.
It has been a year since the viewers were left with the ending of season 4 which was quite a cliffhanger. The highly anticipated fifth and the final season will be worth the wait as the war reaches its most extreme and savage levels.

The 10-episode 5th season is all set to release in two standalone volumes.
