Alvaro Morte, known worldwide for playing The Professor in La Casa de Papel finished recording his scenes in the Netflix series and, like everyone else, he will not be part of this fiction again. Did you get another job?
Season 5 of La Casa de Papel does not stop generating expectations in the fans. A few days ago Netflix confirmed its release date and, for that reason, every day that passes new details about this long-awaited closure are known.
To ensure that the premiere will no longer be in April, it is a fact for La Casa de Papel 5 that Nairobi (Alba Flores) will be present, Berlin (Pedro Alonso) will also be present and, possibly, the fate of Rio (Miguel Herran) will not be the one fans wait for. But, as if this were not enough, a scriptwriter of the series also leaked that, within two years, he could continue with the story of these robbers that traveled the whole world.
However, it is completely ruled out that Alvaro Morte, who gives life to The Professor, participates in this possible sequel. It is that recently it was confirmed that he left Netflix for, neither more nor less than his competition: Amazon Prime Video. On this occasion, the renowned actor will be part of the series Sin Limites.
This joint super-production between TVE and Amazon will narrate the first round the world. Something that, without a doubt, will be far from the role of Morte in La Casa de Papel. Sin Limites will stage a group of sailors heading into the unknown, loaded with adventure and action in just four chapters.
Now, after finishing his filming with La Casa de Papel, Alvaro Morte immersed himself completely in these recordings. In fact, through a photograph on social networks, the actor announced that filming has already begun and, in addition, leaked that his character will be called “El Cano.”
On the other hand, according to what transpired, the first scenes will take place in the Basque Country and Navarra in the locations of Azkoitia, Azkorri, Lazkao, Olite, and the Cathedral of Pamplona. That is, at first, it will not leave.
Even so, in mid-May the entire Sin Límites team will have to move to the Dominican Republic, where they will film the maritime sequences and then, at the end of July, finish with the recordings between Seville and Madrid. So much so that it is still unknown when Amazon will premiere this miniseries, but it is known that it will be exclusively for Europe and Latin America.
But that is not all. Because Morte is also part of the cast of The Wheel of Time, a series also produced by Amazon and which will star Rosamund Pike. The science-fiction program does not yet have a release date, but it is believed that it could arrive in this same 2022.
